"This is my first time here. I had an appointment almost 45 minutes ago & I'm told it will be almost another 30 minutes before I am able to see him. I am NOT impressed so far. This is my first visit & signal is weak but I'm already looking for a new oncologist. This is ridiculous. I finally got into to see him and he was VERY good and thorough.....I just should not have had to wait over an hour from my appointment time. I will continue to see him and know not to plan to have a life on appointment days!!"

"I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. Staff is very unprofessional, rude and they could care less about their patients. They have an in-house independent lab that they don't tell you about until you get a bill from the lab. I had to contact the lab myself with my insurance information and to date the lab hasn't billed my insurance company, turning it over to a collection agency. The best part was after they drew many vials of blood for the initial consult, they sent me across the street to Mercy Medical Center so that they could draw more blood for test that the independent lab couldn't perform. This has got to be a conflict of interest when they don't tell you this information up front."

"Dr. Haut saved my life. I went to Dr Haut when I was diagnosed with lymphoma. I went to him for cancer treatment. And, he treated my lymphoma and so far it’s been 5 years and it has not come back. Dr. Haut does take an interest in your care. He is very thorough. And, he is certainly one of the best physicians I have had. I would highly recommend him."

"Dr. Haut is very caring. The wait time is long, however, you must realize that cancer does not have a time table. If he is with another patient that has changes in their blood work or test, he will take a little longer with them. We have found he takes just as much time with my husband. He is very informed as to your chart. Unlike many Drs we have seen over the years, he actually knows your chart. No guess work with Dr. Haut. I believe Dr. Haut cares deeply for every one of his patients. I cannot even imagine the stress Dr. Haut and his entire staff work under each day. Their patients are not there for a minor inconvenience."
