"Kirby isn't caring or compassionate. I immediately fired him. He's not emotive enough for me, and he wouldn't write any pain medicine for my terminally ill family member. He's not informative. I've been a nurse for 33 years, and I went for a second opinion. When someone is terminally ill a doctorb should be compassionate and show some empathy. He sits so far away from you. I'd hold someone's hand, or bring in a compassionate nurse. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Kirby to anyone. I'm thrilled with our new oncologist. The nurses were unkind and bossy. I wouldn't refer him to anyone. He's removed my initial review!!"

"The nurses here are great! My only complaint is the cleanliness of the sitting areas. Some of them look like they have not been wiped down in awhile. I would expect better at a hospital especially when dealing with chemo. I mean they may dust, but definitely aren't wiping/cleaning anything."
