"I give this place no stars, but had to give 1 star in order to post my experience. I'm not the one who takes time to give reviews, but I felt that this was very necessary because I had to take my pup Duke Ellington to the vet to be checked after his horrible grooming experience. Sharon was his groomer. When I got him home his paw started to bleed a lot! She neglected to give me a heads up while I was there to pick him up that she clipped his nail too low & caused it to bleed. So it wasn't until after we got home I called her to ask what happened when she told me what she did & didn't apologize just gave me a lil chuckle. & proceeded to tell me that "she did clip his nail down too low but she figured the bleeding had stopped". His haircut was very uneven/choppy. & she cut his bum area super low to the point he was uncomfortable & constantly licking at the area. For the rest of the day it was very noticeable that he wasn't himself & something bad happened to him during his grooming visit. He ended up having a bloody nose. Took him to the vet, told them about his bad experience. The vet ruled out his bloody nose was caused by him being "stressed to the max" due to something unpleasant most have happened during his grooming visit. I called Sharon back to let her know how upset & unpleased I was. She never called back to make it right. Terrible customer service skills/empathy. So no I will not be going back to put my dog through that horrible experience again."
