Golden Corral Buffet & Grill 2005 Stringtown Road, Grove City, OH 43123

"I tried to give the benefit of the doubt cuz I went about quarter to 5:00 so maybe they hadn't brought out the fresh food for the dinner yet. But when I say everything was hard, dark, dry, old looking the lettuce all tasted like freezer burn/refrigeration, missing condiments in the salad section. I had to go to the taco section for jalapenos. The dessert selection was terrible like they had a lot of stuff out but it just didn't look good. It wasn't warm. It was old. It was rough. It was tough. Did speak to the manager which he was a nice dude. However he didn't do much. He didn't refund any money and he can see that clearly we hadn't eaten anything. We actually left there and had to go somewhere else to go eat after spending $21 and since when it Golden corral end up being a $21 meal it would be different if everything was fresh and hot and continuously coming out and being fresh and hot but it wasn't and the manager again he was nice but it didn't do anything. I told him we was from out of town for one day and I brought somebody who never been to Golden corral before ever and they was excited. So I was disappointed because the one in Canton Ohio is pretty good and this one from the capital city was just the worst ever and I couldn't believe it and he said he was going to give me complimentary mail. But I told him again we weren't from there and he said he didn't have any cards for me to get a meal anywhere. But he did end up giving me a card that said complimentary meal for one and then he wrote over top of it for two in a black marker No initials, no signature, no store number, nothing. It looks like anybody could have written that so it was a $44 plus tip waste of money for two people who were still hungry. We left there and went somewhere else. The waitress was okay."

"Went here tonight with my wife and my elderly mother and father to celebrate my birthday. I had been craving Golden Corral for quite a while and I was very pleased with the entire experience here. The food was great and Bobbe our server was fantastic. Could not have been a better experience would give you a hundred Stars if I could. Will definitely be back"

"Everyone from the management to all the server's we had a great time. Amanda was our server but a lot of the girls up front helped as well. I want to Thank u guy's from the bottom of my heart. We had 20 people in our group and we was well taken care of. My family is a little crazy at times but we had so much fun with the staff. I own my own business and u better believe I will definitely give you all praise to everyone I come in contact with. Bless u all and I'll be to see u soon. Thanks The Williams Family"

"The food selection was really good. We'll prepared for a buffet. The steaks were spot on with the seared fat that just melts in your mouth packed with flavor. That won me over. The dessert bar has a good variety as well. The bread pudding was delicious and the chocolate cake and carrot cake were really good too. The waitress and prep cooks really took care of us, never had hadn't to go searching for help with anything. I haven't been here for years but I'll be back more often now. We'll done!"

"Although I appreciate the fact that Golden Corral offers a Veterans Day meal special for Active Duty & Veteran Service Members, they don’t advertise it well that it is only offered on Veterans Day Monday from 5:00 pm until closing. Many elderly veterans don’t drive at night due to poor nighttime vision (and in Columbus, OH the sun sets at 5:17 this time of year); and many are not, or are no longer computer savvy or capable, and therefore miss this small detail. I drove 21 miles each way to take advantage of the Veterans Day Special, & anticipated feeling appreciated for my service, only to be denied a meal because it was not yet 5:00pm. What’s the difference? I wish I’d never read about the offer, because now I’m just annoyed, out $8 worth of gasoline, & 40 minutes drive time. I wish I’d never come. It feels more like a “Gotcha” than a kindness …"
