"I am in shock! My beautiful English Cocker was shaved down to his skin. You call yourself a Groomer? If I wanted him shaved we could have done it ourselves. I think that your Groomer was just lazy and did not want to take any time to do a professional cut. Royce was a former show dog with the most beautiful markings. Why were we not called? We had to wait 3 weeks past his normal 4 week grooming so his fur was long. He does not even want to go for a walk. You have made us very sad over your negligence. We obviously will not be back."

"I picked up my dog today, completely mortified and shocked. There wasn’t much I could do while I processed what I saw and what they said to me. Before I saw him they told me he was barrel rolling to get away from them, and messed himself multiple times and had to give him 4 baths. My first thought, why the heck wasn’t I called?! My dog can be dramatic but I have never gotten a report like that from ANY groomer. I saw my dog and he has a HUGE black spot on the middle of his forehead from it being cut WAY TOO SHORT! So not only was my dog scared which resulted in him acting the way he did, makes me question what went on as he NEVER acts like that, but we spent almost $80 for this. I will never take my dog back there. If I didn’t have my baby with me at the time of pick up I wouldn’t have been so quiet about my frustrations and concerns. If you have an animal that is acting that scared, call the owner. Don’t force them to go through the whole grooming session. I posted two photos, the one with him having a black spot from this place. And the second that shows that’s never happened with our groomer in a NJ. I’ll drive the 6 hours back home for now on."

"We brought our big guy here last week for the first time. All the staff was super nice, and communication for pickup was great. I had never taken our guy to a groomer before (we adopted him at 5years old), and I can honestly say I can’t wait to bring him back! His nails are great, his ears are fabulous… and I can’t stop snuggling him (more than usual)."
