"I had an emergency grooming appointment with them for my cat when my original groomer wasn’t available; and they were amazing! So sweet and accommodating. I have an older cat who doesn’t do the best at cleaning herself so when I say that I brought her in looking like a mess, it is an understatement… I truly appreciate the effort to get me in right away. My cat left looking/smelling great! I would recommend!!"

"You couldn't find a better groomer than Leslie. She grooms my Pomeranian Oliver and always does a perfect job. She takes her time and is so gentle with him. He is a timid anxious dog that lights up when he sees her. He feels comfortable with her and I'm thankful her shop exists."

"Leslie is an absolutely amazing groomer, always doing everything she could to make sure our nervous pup was minimally traumatized by his baths with her. She was so good with him and so attentive to his needs that we made the drive down to Cuyahoga Falls from University Heights regularly for him to be groomed at Smoochi Poochi Pet Grooming. We always loved the complimentary seasonal bandanas too! Sadly he passed recently but whenever our next pup comes into our lives we will certainly be visiting Leslie again!"
