"Would not recommend this place. We used a self-serve space for our two small dogs. We left after bathing just one dog. Space was stinky, water pressure low, sprayer not well functioning, chain to hold dog in tub was broken, water temp too cold with no option to alter. Also, no where to put stuff such as a counter or table. Spent $9.75 for a 25-pound dog."

"Nice set - vending machines were mostly broken / ate my quarters - but the soap n such in the bays both for dog wash and the car were good quality n working. The dog wash needs to be vented/ aired out better, admittedly a hard task - they all smelled a bit mildewish but not horrible just present. My dog HATES baths so it's nice to have a place not at home to do it."

"Traveled about 40 minutes to get there. Love the private rooms. The dryers to dry the dogs cost as much as washing them and my dogs still weren't dry. Sucks!!! They need to fix that problem. So count on leaving with the dogs still wet. Pets plus is a better place to take your dogs or try tractor supply dog washing station. Won't go back to this one. I have 3 dogs and was very disappointed spent over 35 dollars to wash them."

"I took my dog there for the first time there were no real instructions but easily to understand and figure out after 1 min of spinning knobs. Easy to maneuver around with the wand length. The dryer should be better so the dog can get dry within a reasonable time. It was clean and well kept did not smell or have a mess at all. The attendant was able to help me with any questions I had. I wish there were other options for wash soap and conditioner. And maybe some clippers for a file for use. Maybe some dog perfume."
