"After having taken my Shitzhu, Diego, to several groomers and having him be sent home with half-groomed, my cousin told me about Cathy @ Dog Day Afternoon in downtown Bedford. Cathy, affectionately known as the dog whisperer, allowed me to stay and assist while Diego learned to be comfortable in her care. Several tbings were factors to the effectiveness of this experience; there were several dogs waiting to be groomed but there was zero barking going on, as quiet as a library, Cathy took her time and gave him short breaks when he, or I, became restless and probably most important, Cathy was kind and personal with all of the dogs and families. I am ver happy and so is my dog. Her prices are reasonable and cheaper than the big-box groomers. I certainly suggest you take your dog, or cat. ❤"
