"Dr Kruse has taken care of me for several years. Five years ago she recommended a test for me, which I initially refused, but she patiently persisted. That test discovered a hard to detect cancer, and the resulting successful surgery saved my life. Bruce Baker"
"Best medical office experience I’ve ever had. I switched to this practice after having terrible visits at my family doctor for years. I wish I would have switched to Dr. Cruse sooner. The staff is friendly, Dr. Cruse took her time during the exam, and the office is well maintained. I couldn’t have asked for anything more."
"Dr. Cruse listens and in my experience has gone out of her way to assist in any issues that have presented themselves. She's non pushy and has proven to be a medical official that fully has my trust."
"Takes the time to actually listen and address any concerns"
"I would not recommend this doctor. Besides missing a polyp that the specialist I was later since sent asked how it was missed, I have been charged for 3 things that were not to be charged. One was removed, one is supposedly being corrected, the third I just found out about and was given the run around by the office and hung up on. My insurance does not cover their lab services. She asked for a blood test, which I had done at St. Elizabeth's. I learned through my insurance that another part was sent to their lab, without authorization and was discussed the day I saw the doctor with my insurance on the line. Beware of unauthorized charges. Perhaps if you go here, ask for a printout of all procedures/codes they will be turning in to your insurance and charging you. I thought we were clear. I do not know if it was forgotten and someone else in the office handled, but I am being charged for things that were not to be done through her office and were completed the same day at the hospital. She received the records and knew I had the test done at the hospital, so I do not know the reason except through not failing to follow through, failing to keep notes and directions for staff, or to see if they can get more from my insurance and from me. Poor attitudes, poor practice, false charges."
