She made me feel heard and taken care of. She actually talked to me so encouragingly and gave me enough facts about what was happening with my body, she convinced me to stop smoking cigarettes. I had to have a procedure done and she talked me through every step and made me as comfortable as she possibly could have even though I was alone and very nervous.
