"I did not have a good experience with Dr. Waterhouse. I have stage 4 cancer which causes me a lot of anxiety. As a result, I tend to ask a lot of questions about my cancer symptoms. Dr. Waterhouse instructed his staff to stop answering any of my questions. Additionally, he refused to help me with cancer side effects that occurred before he started working with me. Finally, I was hospitalized for cancer related symptoms and neither he or his staff took the time to contact me while in the hospital."
