"I have ( had) Meatastic appendix cancer which is a very rare cancer . When it was discovered , it had already progressed to 5 tumors within my colon , on my ovaries and within my abdomen . Dr. Syed A. Ahmad performed surgery along with Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC) and was successful at removing all of it. He was supposed to just be my second opinion doctor , but once I met him and he explained everything in terms I could understand , I knew he was the right doctor for me .Not only is he talented and knowledgeable, he is very personable.
