It's a workout family with great camaraderie and no judgement! You don't have to be a good dancer to be able to do the workouts. "Jazzercise is the only workout I have found and stuck with! I started in 2008 and never left, and I look forward to every class. The instructors are highly trained and make every class unique and fun, the music is a great mix favorite radio hits, and the workout is effective! You get simple-to-follow dance cardio and targeted strength training in every class. You work way harder than you expect to in a "dance" class, but it's so much fun you don't want it to end! I really appreciate having supervised child care during certain classes, too!"
