"My sister went here and the doctor was nodding off during the appointment and dropped all of her tools. She did not wash them or even wipe them off even thought the floor was visibly dirty. She used no lube on the speculum and badly bruised her. She got in the car and couldn't sit down and repeatedly said 'it hurts so bad' or 'is it supposed to burn?' She got examined later on and had BV as well as a terrible yeast infection. She swelled extremely immediately after and was in a lot of pain for days until the swelling went down, and then came back later on. Her doctor's name is Mary Levan, she was rude and unprofessional as well as possibly causing internal damage from improper use of the speculum."

"I’ve had multiple bad experiences, a few months ago I came in with what I thought was a miscarriage I’ve been trying for children for 3 years I had a male doctor not do any tests look me up and down and just say well you look fine so we’re going to send you home. Last Friday I went back to do a pregnancy pee test to confirm I was pregnant because I got 3 positive pregnancy tests. They took my specimen and the nurse later just popped her head into my room and said “oh yea it was negative” and left. I went home and took another test where it was positive so I went to the ER and asked for another pee test, ultrasound and blood test and the doctor at the ER was so nice and believed me my pee test and blood test came back positive he also was the first doctor I’ve seen in these 3 years who saw I was A- and told me that the RH factor is most likely the reason me and my husband have been having issues getting pregnant. I wish I knew the name of the doctor at the ER other than him all my other experiences had been horrible."

"Dr. Rena did a tubal on me I came out of surgery crying took them 3 hours to get me settled he acted like I was trying to get him to give me pain meds begged him to check me out at least do an ultra sound before they sent me home from hospital he ignored my request and sent me home anyways even tho I couldn't even walk the day after I came home from hospital my hole leg swelled up and I couldn't walk for over a week called in and spoke with his nurse she was very rude and wouldn't listen to my concerns told me to just go to the emergency room it took me calling the head of atrium to get me an appointment to even be seen once I was seen Dr Rena was very short with me and acted like I was some kind of dope fien I told him several times I didn't want nor care about medication I just wanted him to check me out and to fix whatever was causing all of my pain that something was obviously wrong being it had been 5 weeks since I had my tubal done and still in that much pain along with passing blood clots he finally sent me for an ultra sound had his rude nurse call me said everything came back normal, so I had my family dr look over my records came back I had mutiple cyst and fluid around my right ovary!!!! This is the worst doctors office I've been to in my life and the staff is awful and rude!!! I wouldn't take my dog there!! With the exception of Dr Seeny and Dr Hagaman they are great and the nurse Marlinda is great as well the rest of the staff needs there license pulled!!"

"Waited for over an hour to be seen several times even after arriving early for appointment. See a different doctor or nurse practitioner every single time."
