"I have tried contacting this company to purchase a kennel with 4 emails and left multiple voicemails with 2 different reps. I never got a single call or reply back. What happens if i did have a kennel with an issue? With such poor service I question the quality of the product as well. Another company that starts with B and ends with N has provided me with excellent customer service and will end up with a hot dipped galvanized kennel from them."

"I am actually giving this company NO STARS for customer service but I couldn't post this without giving at least one star. I am trying to possibly buy 100 folding kennels and have been given the names of, or left messages for, at least 8 different people in the past four weeks and still know as much about the product today as I did when I started this quest. If I ran my business like this I would be out of business!"

"If I could give them a negative # I would, sadly. Years ago I built a new facility and was proud to have put in Mason Fencing through out. I have had some of my fencing redone with them a few years ago - they have now been bought out by Midmark and no longer can do that. How sad, guess its time to find a new supplier. Bigger is not better!!"
