"The lady at window doesn't understand simple math, and when i explained to her that she added wrong. She got offended and upset that I even asked for it to correct. It was $1 mistake, and i probably wouldnt have even cared, but when i asked her to re calculate and double check there was no reason for her to get mad. Especially when she was wrong."

"Its 50/50 whether they will even serve you or not, half of the time they throw a sign on the speaker saying they are closed or whatever other excuse, yet you can see workers there "working". So I guess upper management likes to pay employees to sit in a closed store. Lobby is always disgusting, service when available is slow, and unfriendly, food is ok for the most part."

"Used the app to order and that was messed up. It's a five minute round trip to get my sandwich and fries. Fries were stone cold and stale. I got what had been in the tray for hours. Sandwich would have been ok if they had left off the onion like I asked. The bowl of cereal I ended up eating was better."

"Black Lady running the window needs an attitude check. She told me my card wouldn't go through and when I told her it had plenty of Money on it she blew up and made someone else try to help me. I've never had an issue at this location until today and it will be the last issue. I will not be returning or spending any money at this location and any other in town. For the record my card worked at the McDonald's on the corner not even 5 minutes after I left the drive-thru. I let McDonald's know about the disrespectful employee too"

"I meant to make a post yesterday but got a little busy with the holiday. I went to Arby's to grab my husband the bacon ranch burger and the burger was raw. I guess he was consumed with watching TV and eating before he noticed the burger wasn't cooked throughly. I'm not a fan of Arby's anyway. The only time I would visit Arby's is when they had the brown sugar BLT, but they haven't bright that back in a few years. I'm attaching a picture of the burger. I'd they're going to serve burgers cook them or ask how would you like it done."
