"I’m running late as is so I placed a mobile order for in-store pick up I get there wait five minutes not one person acknowledges me then I finally get some service and they don’t have my ticket and then they try to blame me and they’re very rude and confrontational. Meanwhile, I have the receipt showing the in-store pick up order."
"Very rarely do I get my order wrong from this location but we are all human. Recently I had a mess up, realized it at home, drove back. I was angry and stomped back in, trying to compose myself after the long day i already had. The manager on duty noticed my face right away and rushed up to fix the issue. Immediately he went back and made my order himself, ensuring it was correct. Probably apologized profusely 6 or 7 times. I will be returning to this location."
