"Strasburg Taco Bell is getting to be a joke! Ordered online and arrived about 15 minutes later, order still wasn't ready and had to sit in the drive through line for another 10 minutes. Drive thru guy almost dropped one of our drinks, the other one was a mess with the drink all over the sides of the cup and the lid crushed to the point it wouldn't even go on the cup...and he left it like that and handed it to me. Paid for sour cream on one item, didn't get it..Cinnabon iced coffee was horrible, burrito wrap was so thin you could see through it. And this is exactly why fast food restaurants shouldn't be paying $15/$16 an hour!"

"Visit at least once a week. Order is always correct. Always go thru the drive thru and have never had a long wait..Food always hot. And the employees are the most respectful, polite and friendly. Update:December 5th 2023 I will not change rating because this is a first. $17.97 for order that only 2 items were correct. Missing 3 soft taco Supreme and beefy burrito. Only one in line about 930. But took forever (felt like). Probably 15 to 20 minutes. The guy seemed like he was carrying a phone call the whole time. I did get 42, yes I counted, packs of Diablo sauce. Would have traded 39 of them for 1 napkin."

"I used to work at Taco Bell about 7 years ago and if we took the amount of time to serve food that it took to serve my family given that it wasn't busy at all, we would probably be fired. I'm not sure how it takes over 20 minutes to make 6 burritos when there are only a total of four customers. Easily the worst service at a fast food establishment I've experienced."

"This place wins for the slowest Taco Bell in America. Went once a few months ago. After 30 minutes in a drive thru watching multiple employees going in and out the back door to sit in a car for a few minutes at a time we left. Tried again today because the kid asked me to pick it up and it was the closest one. Chose self serve in the lobby. I was fourth in line inside and there were several cars outside. Kiosk ordering was fine. 17 minutes to get my order. Finally got my order but no cup. Girl working told me to “can you wait a minute?” when I started to ask for my cup. Don’t go here unless you like waiting. A lot. You will get served quicker even if you drive to another one 10-15 minutes away."

"Food was typical and accurate for our order. However, the service was extremely slow. We ordered a dipping box, a few bean burritos, and it took almost 45 minutes to order and get out the door, with only 3 people inside and a couple of cars outside in the drive-through. The dining area was so cold that we could see our breath. One woman who had been waiting a long time before us had to step outside to warm up."
