Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Visited this restaurant on 2/12 Chicken was burnt No fajita Rice was under cooked The store was not clean spills on the floor and no wet floor sign. No napkins The employees never greeted myself or other customers while they prepared food on the grill. One customer left and the young lady said I don’t care. Call whoever. They were loud and vocal about how much it was going to cost me for extras more than once. Employee ringing and on her phone. This is not a good look for a new business. Won’t be back."

"I don't understand why Chipotle employees refuse to clean up their workstation before making food. There were beans in the rice. Queso in the meat. Tomatoes in the cheese. Sour cream mixed with the lettuce. It was just very disgusting and disappointing. Plus, their food is salty to the taste."

"The food most of the time is good but I don’t understand why every-time I’m there in the evening, I have to ask the workers to wipe down the counter on the second half with the all the toppings. They always slide the bowls right through all the spilled food. Do they not see all the food on the counter as they slide bowls through it?? like I’m truly confused about them not seeing the mess or still feeling like it’s a good idea to not clean it off when it gets messy. I literally watch peoples bowls get slid through sour cream, corn, cheese, lettuce. And then the employees have the audacity to give me crazy and mean looks when I ask them to clean the counter off before they slide my bowl through it. I wouldn’t have to ask if it was already clean. The employees get so angry when they realize they have to stop and actually clean the counter off. It’s literally mind blowing to me that they think that’s acceptable, and have the nerve to give me angry looks when I just want a clean bowl."

"Chipotle is about as good as you expect it to be. The service was fast for the time I was there. The food was good and I can always count in the chipotle quality."

"Normally I avoid this location, but this visit change my mind. Food server's and food were very good with great customer service, within a clean restaurant. The A team must've been working today *******UPDATE******:) Once again the A Team was working and they were on top of their job and getting things down and in order. Great customer service and the food was alright"
