Chipotle Mexican Grill

"No idea how this place manages to stay open, or why I continue to go back. Normally just deal with the poor attitudes of the employees and the trashed conditions of the restaurant. But this time both my son and I noted the chicken didn't taste like it usually does. Then the next day my son got ill, and my stomach has also not been the same. Not worth it taking another chance on this place, or any of the other Chipotles around Lyndhurst/Mayfield/Highland Hts. Again, no idea how they continue to stay open. So many complaints on social media."

"Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They’ve messed up our pickup orders multiple times (missing double steak in a bowl, missing queso with our chips). When I went back to get what I paid for there was nobody up front even though three people were in line. The guy “cooking” food was standing by the grill on his phone. They were out of nearly everything and refused to fix my order. I witnessed about 6-8 people walk out because they were so frustrated. Service was terrible they didn’t even care that they were out of food and were rude to everybody. DO.NOT.GO.HERE."

"What the hell did I just walk in? Employee shouting "we're closed" from behind the counter, while they're still open for one more hour. Rude, half the food missing. They said system was not operational, my partner noticed she did not have service in there and tried to engage the conversation saying that might be the reason the system is down, the employee replied "you can go outside then". Chipotle is going down... Sad to witness that, I used to love it."

"Don't close until 9, but this what they were serving. I know you can't see from the picture, but pretty much every ingredient was gone and was told they were all out. Let me remind you that it was at least an hour before closing time. That's NOT how it works. when you close, that's when it's time to start cleaning and putting things away! You all need to fire the manager and hire better employees!"

"we order thru uber eats, even tho uber eats did the delivery, Chipotle didnt give me what I ordered. these are steak and i ordered chicken, the tacos are all messy, can y’all stop being high when putting orders together???"
