"0/10 if I could give this ZERO STARS I WOULD Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Ordered a burrito bowl through delivery from Chipotle app and got extra sour cream, corn, and chicken and rice got regular black beans, lettuce, green and red salsa and mild tomatoes. Received less than half a scoop of rice, no sour cream, not a single piece of corn OR lettuce and 4 pieces of chicken. Was also missing the green salsa and there were no beans at all. I was not notified that any toppings were sold out so I assumed I would get my entire bowl with all of my toppings but no, I payed for all the extras and didn’t even get my original order. "Every time you order online they say it's ready and on the shelf 15 minutes before it's actually on the shelf. Probably because corporate sees customers wait times. It's actually quicker and more convenient to come in wait inline and order in person. This locations gives less meat than any other location and chips are always stale. hothead burrito is way better."

"Placed an online pick up order. Arrived and it wasn't ready. They were busy ofcourse so I gave it a few moments. Another customer who was also waiting then turns to me and asks what time my pick up was for. I advised him and he informed me his was 10min prior to mine and still not ready,which at this point mine was 10 min past the pick up time. We asked the employee what the status was, he informed us he had given the orders to the line but they must have gotten "lost in the shuffle". At this point we're both a bit agitated. Defeats the purpose of order ahead if we are waiting longer than those in line"

"I don't know why portions at this location are getting smaller and smaller....... this chicken burrito is pathetic. With as much as you guys are charging for a burrito, I feel like there should definitely be some kind of portion control. I will not be coming back to this location."
