"Don’t ASK TO SEE INSIDE You’ll be DENIED ACCESS!! I boarded my mastiff here last minute and when my husband dropped her off he said that the kennel looked like a run down shack from the outside. He doesn’t typically question anything or have a negative reflection on “Anything!” But he did ask me if I was “sure” this place was “okay.” I called my vet and asked them if they’ve had negative feedback ever and they stated that they are just very hard to get ahold of and it’s hard to get paperwork through. When I picked her up the lady who is the owner looked at me like I was crazy because I was walking around the building at 5:00pm(their said pickup hour) and all of the lights were off and the place is locked up was definitely closed. She saw me from her porch as I was walking around the rear of the building trying to see if anyone was there and in A rude tone yelled that she would be over in “just a minute” as if I was inconveniencing her by picking up my dog. She opened the front door and turned her back to me and never said a word to me. I told her my dogs name and asked her if it would be possible for me to look at the space where my dog was being kept since my husband was not able to do so when he dropped her off. She stated “Umm No! It’s probably a mess right now. I might have dogs running around. It’s going to be a mess today and rolled her eyes and shook her head.” I asked her again if I was not allowed to see the area where my dog is been kept. She turned her head from me and said “hold On!!” As she walked away. A man ( her husband I assume) came to the window and again told me I could not see the kennel area, because I might upset the dogs. (Yes the ones who were barking already like crazy in the background!) I found this to be extremely crazy that I was denied repeatedly not to be able to see the kennel where my animal and other animals were being housed. I found this to be extremely crazy that I was denied repeatedly to see any part of the kennel as if there was something to hide. My dog was shaved and groomed while there which was a nice surprise, but The other impression I was given is that something is OFF!!! Never Again!"

"June of 2018, I needed a place to take care of my dog and 2 cats, while I was out of town. I chose this place because their brochere said 3 or more days that they would groom my animals. I intentionally left them 4 days, for that reason. Not only did they not even trim thier nails, my dog got a bacterial skin infection! I'm not happy at all with this place! So far, @ this date, September 5th, I've spent $200.04, on vet appointment's and medicine, for my dog, alone! I was also led to believe that the animals would not be left alone. When I showed up early for Sunday pick up, the place was not clean, the animals were locked inside, I could hear my dog barking, along with all the rest of the animals. I paid for a seperate "suite", as they call it, and I stupidly didnt ask to look at it, just took thier word that my animals would be in a clean, safe environment. I was wrong to trust without going back and looking at where they were going to be staying. If you're going to leave your animals at this place, or any other, dont allow them to keep you from looking at the "suite" your paying for!! If I'd have looked, my animals would never have been left! There were several places I could have chosen, but as I said, they offered grooming. I would gladly have paid extra for this service. I had made thier reservation months earlier. When I arrived to pick them up, I ask why they were not groomed. She answered because they didn't do that anymore, and she didn't have time anyway! As I said, I had made the appointment Months earlier! I would have had them groomed before I left, but was counting on this service. I'm Extremely disappointed in this place, and my animals will not being going back!"

"We've taken our dog there for several years when we need to kennel him for a few days, to have his nails clipped, or just for a day. It's a wonderful facility and staff."
