"Refused to take me on as a patient because I wasnt comfortable with zoom meetings instead of in person counseling."
"Excellently trained staff for personal Therapy services. Works with your schedule. Dependable Reliable. I Would recommend to my family and friends. And have recommended to the family."
"This is s terrible place. First. All they care really about is getting full payment. Drop all the pretending to care about you and the healthy guise. It's all a rouse. Next, after my second visit I was told due to Covid (this was Omicon. After vaccines were out). No more visits in person. She would call me when they opened up. That was almost 2 years ago. Stay away from place!"
"I have been working with Patricia on setting boundaries and forgiveness issues as well as anxiety and depression. I have had a great experience with changing my own behaviors by talking setting goals and participating in several workbooks. I have recommended this place to several friends. If you’re looking at personal growth and support I recommend New Life Counseling."
"I really wish places like this could keep professional. Barbara Wallis heard my 2yo crying and suggested I hit. Idk how an adult, a women of god supposedly, could suggest to hit anyone who doesn’t have the sense to understand what they’re doing. As she does. Under her logic this is a completely acceptable way to handle issues and confrontations with people, but I’m better than that. I will not recommend anyone, especially loved ones, to come here. Completely disgusted. Please do not contact me trying to explain or situate. You were clear enough. EDITED: the owner, Ryan Dunn, called me to discuss my comment above and asked me to take it down and to replace it with what I liked about Barbara Wallis since I “obviously did since I saw her so often”. Unfortunately, he isn’t aware the privilege it is to go to therapy and that vetting process is long and tedious. So, to assume I “liked” her simply bc I kept going back was false, and based more on what my insurance would cover and who was available. On top of suggesting other judgment criticisms. Places like this that have the false advertisement of “godly” people are sadly typically the most judgmental and hypocritical agencies unfortunately. They care about the name and not the act. Shameful. Disgraceful and definitely not god-like. I’d appreciate if the facility stop contacting me through phone and email."
