"I made an appointment for adhd screening. Was told the nurse practitioner was able to do this and order medication if needed and it would be virtual and would receive an email with the link to our meeting. Waited all morning, appointment time comes around still no email. 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to happen I call the office to make sure I had the right date, I do. The lady then says they got my email wrong and the nurse practitioner isn't able to do the screening or prescribe the medications or help me anyway. Absolutely disgusted."

"I am trying to get the paperwork done for my disability discharge for my student loan. Specifically said I need a pyschartiast to fill out the physician's certification and yet somehow Rhonda Casto thinks she can fill out the form and Nelnet the company that handles the disability discharge just rejected my application once again that I've been trying to get completed since March. Also she is never on time with my appointments and my counselor Maria Barber is never on time with my appointments. My insurance covers this place and nowhere else so I'm pretty much stuck here but nothing worse than being disabled and on a fixed income trying to get by each month and your "doctor's office" not doing their job right doing paperwork done correctly. I shall pray for this place to get their stuff together and be way more professional because the schedulers don't even call me to reschedule my appointments and I always have to call them."

"My counselor Linda Clark is phenomenal!!! There is no way to call the Canton office directly, the office doesn't even have a sign with the name ARC Psychiatry on it??? When you call the main number there is no option to reach the office either to find their extremely hard to find office that has a different name on it"

"Rhonda Castro is AMAZING!!! She has continued to help me work through my PTSD OCD and Severe /Anxiety plus my Trauma. She is the best and I highly recommend her and ARC Psychiatry!!!!!!"

"Sent multiple messages and left multiple voice messages and cannot get a call back. I've been anxious for a month over an issue and can't get anyone to talk to me about it. Now I'm worried that I'll have to find another provider elsewhere to get my mental health needs taken care of before my medication runs out. I'm honestly at a loss and I don't know what to do."
