"I was scheduled an appointment on Black Friday. I called and confirmed 2 weeks before. I got everything ready paid Babysister and got permission from work. When I got to the sterling office. The lights were off and nobody was in the office. I called 10 times to the office nobody answered. No body called or advise that the office was going to be closed. Very unprofessional."
