"I had my first telehealth appointment with Steve Bell yesterday and the level of care was unmatched by any other psychologist I have ever worked with. I have lived with mental health disorders since being diagnosed with major recurring depression at age 12. I have found most doctors set the DSM on the table, listen for buzz words then try to lump you into a box but Steve Bell did not do that. He was incredibly easy to talk to and just listened, asked questions as needed, and paid attention to what I was saying. At the end of the appointment, he explained what he’d like to do next, scheduled another appointment within the same week and excused himself after making sure I understood the next steps. The telehealth appointment was easily accessed, there were no connection issues, and after being through several Zocdoc referred psychologists (and even having an appointment scheduled through Zocdoc with a dermatologist when it was supposed to be with a psychologist) I am relieved to say the least. I look forward to working with him in the future to become the best version of myself that I can be."

"If you're looking to ease your mental health do not go here. I do my appointments over the phone because it's more convenient then trying to work around my busy schedule. They charge by the hour but my phone appointments only last 5 minutes and they still charge the full amount of $245. When I reached out to them and asked why they are charging me for the full amount they said you can make payments. I will be finding a new provider and they won't be getting more the 3 dollars a month from me. The appointments are pointless and they do not help the only reason I take them is to refill my prescription."
