Like the other reviewers said, she is absolutely 100% concerned about money, and not helping her patients. DO NOT GO HERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!"

"Completely disgusted with this "therapist"! Had 2 appointments scheduled for my daughter. They called me and cancelled one and asked if I needed to reschedule, I said I had one scheduled after that so no need. Receptionist verified this. Turns out they cancelled the second one and marked my daughter as a no show for the first one. Now they want me to pay $120.00 for a missed appointment. I explained to the receptionist that it was a misunderstanding on BOTH ends. She discussed it with Michelle Flanagan and it was decided that we should still have to pay for this missed appointment. They need to check their records and see that my daughter has never missed an appointment there-so therefore this could be deemed a mistake. Nope! Money is obviously what Michelle Flanagan is worried about. Glad this happened because it is very apparent she isn't "qualified" to counsel anyone, let alone my daughter."
