"I adopted a Yorkie. I previously took him to a groomer 10 minutes from Karen’s. Both visits he shook uncontrollably. The third visit I witnessed a puppy being abusively treated. I contacted Karen; after grooming he was calm, didn’t shake, and she said he was very good/well behaved. Her business is clean and I drive 40 minutes to take my dog there. Reasonably priced and worth it."
