"Dr Wing Used out dated medical terminology to describe me that was genuinely offensive and will not allow me to make appointments with the other doctor to change my medication as my parents (both extremely busy have to) even though I’m an adult??? He also insists on having my parents be apart of things even though I really don’t want them to be… He might be the right fit for some I tried but he never actually offers any help just goes on and on I think I got about 20 minutes of me actually taking in like 5 sessions. He also doesn’t understand I have to work and cannot always come when he says and will make appointments that cause me to miss work All in all I don’t think he fits for me after seeing other reviews I don’t think he works for a lot of people I’d recommend seeing other offices"

"I decided to stop going to this office. I was being treated for trauma induced adhd. I was placed on medication. Both vivan and wing continued to not listen to how I felt. They continued to up the medication. I felt dr wing was very pushy and rude. I was not able to attend to an appointment due to being extremely sick. I canceled two days prior to my appointment. He then tried to do virtual and became agitated when I did not answer the video chat. Called my husband to get me to answer as well. I was charged for the non visit. Any appointment I canceled with enough notice, I got charged for. The front desk staff are extremely rude as well. Phone lines hardy ever work. Would not recommend."

"I had a really good experience with Dr. Vivian and the staff. I was a new patient and thought they were very kind and helpful with scheduling and other things. Dr. Vivian listened to me and had an understand of what I was coming to the office with. I was nervous going to a mental health professional for the first time but had a good experience."
