"This place is a total dumpster fire. I have never hated any place so much. The office person is highly unskilled in everythings that she does. I showed up to see on worker and they told me oh they did not think you would be a good fit and did not notifiy me in advance. The so call owner is also dizzzy from all the lying and clarifying she tell to keep her Business afloat. Save your money find a different place. For mental health, I would rather go to north key that to this dump."
"I mean if you need to vent to someone sure but I wouldnt call them "therapist"...you get what you pay for here."
"This is such a horrifically and laughably managed practice. The owner Lori said that they would take my EAP and charged me for every session and charged my company. When I called them out on the billing mistake Lori explained she did the billing herself and it was not a mistake. I had to send multiple emails and accounting documents from my job for them to fix it only to tell me that they would be discontinuing my future sessions because I filed a dispute with my bank. During my time at the practice they changed therapists regularly. And seems like all they have are quacks and interns. I saw Zoe and she is a joke. She has no personality and is very rude. If the sessions were not required by my job dude to a work related death I would have never considered this therapist. I have had family therapy before and this is not how therapy should be done."
"Michelle is the greatest. Anticipating her return in November!"
"Dismissed as client prospect. Intake stated our family situation was "too complicated" for their business.Called seeking help. Intake made judgement of my situation in minutes and dismissed me by phone. HBH could make no recommendations. The intake/administrator actually stated "It looks like [my child's name] will receive no therapy." (Ironic name - from this contact, I received none.) No Medical Professionals or clinical psychologists are listed on staff -only Master's in Education and Licensed Social Workers. The health Limited Liability Corporation was founded about 4 years ago according to the site."
