"Came to pick up a family member when they called me was here 20 minutes after they called me I have now set outside for over an hour and a half have called twice they keep telling me my family member is on their way and then another lady who actually called me to begin with told me she thought he was already gone and said we'll go get him now my family members said they don't answer call lights and that the place is dirty. How do you not know where a resident is in your facility "I thought he was already gone" these people need retrained"
