"I thought I had written a review for Monarch Meadows & want to send one now. They are the most caring, compassionate staff I have ever encountered! My disabled sister has been in assisted living for the past 20 years and everytime I visited, she is bedbound, so it's usually just seeing her in her bed in her nightgown. This is the first facility who actually went 1,000 extra miles for her! It was so great to see my sister, having had her hair done & dressed up in her nicest clothes, sitting up in a wheelchair when I got there to visit her. It was so fantastic to take her outside for a walk on a beautiful fall day! We haven't been able to go outside together in many years! It still brings tears to my eyes thinking what a special day that was for her! Thank you so much to the most caring staff who go above and beyond for their patients!"

"I just want to say that I just recently lost my mother in law that had been a resident a Monarch Meadows for a year. I have been affiliated with a few nursing facilities in my lifetime and this is the best hands down. It is very clean and you get the best of care. If you have never walked a day in the shoes of some of those aides and nurses who work tirelessly you have no clue what it is like. I appreciate everything that was done for my loved one."

"My Mother has recently passed away but was at Monarch Meadows for a good while, they treated her so good! Everyone was so kind and caring, showed compassion to her as well. I thank everyone there for the care they gave her, your hard work is appreciated!"

"No one wants to communicate with you. They are supposed to be rehabbing my grandmother and are not. Most nurses are nice but have to hunt for them or wait an hour to talk to them."

"My wife worked there. We requested our health insurance be discontinued on 12-31-20. Administration at Monarch Meadows incorrectly discontinued heath insurance on 11-30-20 instead. We paid Monarch Meadows for the health insurance in December of 2020. We have tried several times over the past 18 Months to get Monarch Meadows (Continuing healthcare) to correct this. We accrued over $1,000.00 in private pay medical bills due to being uninsured at no fault of ours. Monarch Meadows Human Resources and Administration was negligent with allowing this to happen and their handling of it afterwards. They are untrustworthy and I am not done with this matter by any means."
