"Never order for pick up. When you don’t babysit them making your bowl, they only give you 2/3 of a bowl. This is a joke for $10 of food. Train your employees better."

"***UPDATE NOVEMBER 7, 2023 I'm finding and updating my experience after the incident with the older blonde woman working the line. Some people just shouldn't work with others if they aren't used to being in public. I've never had someone argue with me over the glass in front of their manager as he smiles the whole time. The woman acted as though rice comes out her check and I had to ask multiple times for her to fill my bowl. There is no excuse for bad manners. The woman left a taste so bad in my mouth even my food tasted bad. I won't be bad to that location. The lack of care in these places is causing me to avoid them all together. I have never witnessed anything like this and I hope and pray I never do again. I was absolutely mortified how the woman spoke while making my food.***** My meat wasn't even broke up. I had one big fatty meat chunk that made up the majority of my bowl. The food is too expensive to be made this bad."

"This was my first visit to this restaurant. The food was very good. The service was bad. I took my daughter and granddaughter, and I had my daughter order for everyone. They took the order for the little-one and started that order. When I told the lady she had other items to order. She kept asking me what next, I again told her who was doing the order because I had the baby. She got upset and told me to step aside and take the order for someone e else. After that, she would not take the rest of our order. My daughter had to stop her taking other orders so she could finish ours. Would not recommend this location unless the lady taking the order gets a good night sleep, anger-management class, or someone to teach her how to act in customer service. Also, they did not have a clean table in the restaurant. We had to clean a table before we could eat."

"This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to and it’s the one closest to my house. The last time I ate here my wife brought me home a burrito from the drive through. She handed it to me and I thought she was joking with me and handed me a single taco. This thing was a joke for $10+. So I drive back up there and ask them to remake it. After they have a conference about it for 5 minutes and I hear them discussing how they don’t have the steak they start to remake it but are pretty much out of everything on the line. They scrape brown rice out of the pan and have to wait for meat to be made they were out of steak and chicken. I took chicken because it got done first but originally ordered and paid for steak. This isn’t closing time it’s about 6:30 in the afternoon. I get home and try to eat this thing and the rice is so hard I couldn’t even eat it. This is just one of many times I’ve gotten horrible food from this location usually old dried up meat. The only time it’s been good is lunch time when I guess food doesn’t have the chance to sit and get old."

"Ordered from this location often. Latest order was on the app. I arrived at the pick up time stated on the app and sat in line for almost 40 min. Went inside after and manager gave me the customer service number for which she stated I would get a refund. I called and after almost an hr on the phone was offered first chips and salsa and finally an entree. Totally unacceptable. I've emailed a few times and they refuse to resolve the issue demanding proof of purchase which I provided each time as they had asked. Many other options locally available."
