"Crestwood hired Our Company (Skyline Roofing & Construction LLC.) to do some roofing repairs on there building. We invoice job on 9/29/2022, still have not received payment. On 5/10/23 Amy finally told me she needs Invoice & w-9. On 5/11/23 she confirmed that she did receive it and would get the process started. 7/24/23 still no payment. If we receive payment I will post. August of 2023 we are happy to say, Crestwood has paid in full. Thank You!"

"The staff at Crestwood Ridge are among the most caring, compassionate staff I have ever encountered! My disabled sister has been in assisted living for the past 20 years. This is the second facility who actually go above and beyond for her! They are working with her to get her to be more self-sufficient and are also providing physical therapy for her. Even though she may never be able to walk again, or even be able to manuever herself in a wheelchair, I am so thankful and appreciative to all of the staff who demonstrate a real love and caring for all of their patients. They really do go the extra mile in what must be one of the most difficult and under-appreciated jobs out there! Thank you so much to the most caring staff who go above and beyond for their patients!"

"Horrible, to say the least. Worked here with agency for 8 weeks. They knew my child had blood cancer. They were unwilling to accommodate time off requests. ( a single day for a pet scan/ appointment.) I was constantly "bullied " and talked down to, at one point Robin the DON even accused me of taking stuff off her desk (the employee eval I refused to sign.) I had a friend pass away during these 8 weeks and called off one day for it. My eval said I "repeatedly called off." Which was untrue. The care they give residents is also terrible. 2 aides for the entire building if you're lucky. Even though the acuty level is much too high for only 2. When this was brought up we were told to "talk to the government." Lots of behaviors in the facility and no sense of control/ stability for them. Its sad, really. Full time staff is the worst to Agency and will never pull their share of work. Especially the ones that have worked there the longest. None the less I decided to work here full time because they offered a good pay. I worked 1 single day, went home and learned my child had Covid. So I called off the next day with 16 hours notice, only 2 was required. I was fired because "it's not you that's sick." If you're thinking about working here, run and don't look back. An entirety in hel* would treat you better than this place."

"Worked here for 2 years as a nurse. Nursing care is standard to that of most nursing homes. Management and leadership changes constantly. New DONs and administrators every 6 months. However, the HR person, is terrible. I received so many complaints from pharmacy staff, STNAs, EMS, transport, family members, outside staff about how rude that person is. Reporting never did anything. They bully the employees and are especially hateful towards agency staff who basically are half the workers. Texts to prove it. But corporate loves them so they stay. Benefits are sub par to say the least. The health insurance company they use for their employees is an absolute joke. So if you are a a potential employee, I recommend to just not apply. And if you are a family member looking for placement of a loved one, it’s standard. Nursing care in nursing homes sucks but that’s across the board around the country"

"I was here on a professional aspect and there are few and far between facilities I've been to that have been so rude to me. I would like to remind anyone reading this in a healthcare capacity that what we do, in any degree, is for the patient and the patient only. There is nothing my team said or did that was deserving of the rude attitudes and demeaning tone. While contacting on the phone, the administrators were great despite a mistake that was made. But in person, their handling of a patient was poor and treatment of EMS team was uncalled for. Why they insisted on treating them like this doesn't make any sense. I can only imagine how the rest of the staff treat patients or to one another...proceed with caution here."
