"After I cancelled services with the merchant, they have kept my card on file and charged me for services I never received more than once. I tried calling to work out the issue after the most recent incorrect charge, and their voicemail has changed to state they are on summer break until the 18th and won't return any calls until then. All I can believe now is that they are purposefully trying to steal from me. Avoid this merchant. EDIT: changed review to 2 stars. I resolved the above problem with my bank by cancelling the incorrect charge the 2nd time. MONTHS later, in September, someone FINALLY got back to me to ask if I was still still experiencing an issue. When I said it was resolved, they swore this never happens and asked me to take down this review. Since it happened to me TWICE, I don't believe them. And the fact that it took months to hear back from the merchant about an incorrect billing is ridiculous. Still, since they eventually did make some kind of effort, I gave them an extra star. Use this merchant at your own risk."
