"Highly disturbed by the disrespect of I experienced from an employee at this establishment ! To be exact the (mental health day treatment coordinator) by the name of Shawn Benton. This individual spoke to me in the most sarcastic condescending tone for absolutely no reason. He was verbally combative and very unhelpful. He spoke to me like I was illiterate and beneath him. I do not believe a person with this type of unprofessional behavior is appropriate for a mental health coordinator! He’s intentionally manipulative in the way he speaks and the is no need for it. He uses his background in mental health to be emotionally and verbally abusive. Under no circumstance is this okay. I really do hope that this place vets their employees better for the sake of the community."

"This place does not help. I’m really not saying this and letting this be known because of some kind of anger at an employee or retaliation reasons or nothing like that. People and parents or any family members who need help with their loved ones who need help mentally and emotionally. My son has been a patient here since he was 12 he doesn’t get the mental help he needs and deserves in life he is 29 now and has still been in the same shape he was in when he was diagnosed with paranoia schizophrenia anxiety disorders. I’ve even tried to help him and talk to him about going to a different licensed psychiatrist to help him live a stable and happy life, but because of this place not helping him with his disability like especially the paranoid disorder or he would have already took my advice to do so. This Newpath solutions has not helped him with his paranoia is so bad he’s paranoid about getting another Dr he thinks the place is gonna put him in jail or he just doesn’t want to talk to someone he doesn’t know I would not recommend this place to anyone"

"Excellent staff in every part of this facility!! They care very much about you, and will do everything in their power to help you help yourself!! I love my therapist Jessica & psych Dr. Amanda. The front desk is amazing (hiiii Beth!!) And the nurses in the back are outstanding. I've been going for nearly 4 years, and literally couldn't make it without everyone there!"

"The staff in front are great, beware though the doctors treat you like a drugs addict...even when you're obviously not ! I literally left having a panic attack, and they refused to adjust my medicine !!!! I've been left in crisis mode on many occasions and after almost a year of being here, I've had no relief from anxiety whatsoever. Good luck."
