"I have been seen by Dr. Patel a handful of times. After not seeing him for some months, I went and was seen by him today. One of the first things he says to me is, “wow, you’ve gained a lot of weight.” I try to brush this off, but he continues to bring it up numerous times. I even said, “my weight isn’t my main concern,” but he didn’t seem to acknowledge my discomforts. It would be one thing if he was a dietitian, but he’s not. When I brought up how I was feeling mentally, he kept interrupting me. I found his inability to listen, along with his weird fascination of my weight disheartening. I wouldn’t recommend him to anybody personally. He works with people who are distressed to some degree in their daily lives, but can’t seem to have the compassion to acknowledge the sensitivities that come with the job. I think he’s picked the wrong profession."
"I see Dr. Patel out of Farrel's office. Very pleasant and knowledgable. One of the best experiences I have had with any doctor since I had my work injury!"
"Always ample parking and easy to get to location here. Very nice office with outstanding staff, the ladies in the office are very nice and knowledge and they go out of their way to help everyone. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. As a patient here for over 6 months, the psychologist I see here is top tier and in the upper echelon in her field. I feel thousand times better about my decision to come here for help with my issues. Dustin S."
"I love it there...the therapists are sweet and treat everyone with warmth and heartfelt compassion. You feel like you're at home with them."
"I have been going to Michael T Farrell and Associates for over five years now, concerning a BWC workman's compensation claim that has been going on since 2003. They have been most polite and considerate up till now, this day July 24, 2015, and my complaint concerns medication that I have been receiving for over ten years, and has been suddenly cut of by a Dr. Dipika J. Shah, who refuses to refill a medicine that helps me sleep, Dr. Shah only reports in the office I go to, once a week, on Mondays, and as I expressed yesterday about the concerns of getting my medicine refilled by Dr. Shah, to one of the receptionists, Jessie, who told me she would find out what the problems were about getting my medicine refilled, but she never called me back on July 23, 2015. Today, July 24, I called Dr. Farrell's office back, and Jessie answered and turned me over to another woman supposedly handling my problem, but knew nothing of it until I informed her about the problems I was having getting my medicine refilled by Dr. Shah. She said Dr. Shah was on vacation, and that she couldn't get a hold of her till Monday, July 27, 2015. I told her I would call back Monday, but she blatantly told me not to call Monday, and that she would talk to Dr. Shah herself. Well, I am the patient here, not her, and she gets paid because of people like me who was injured on the job and need psychology therapy, with regards to their injury, and her job is to serve me, the client, and answer my questions and give me appropriate information, and not to think its funny, that the last time my sleep medicine was filled was on May 30, 2015, and that I am getting u five or six times during the night because I don't have my sleep medicine, and Dr. shah is my doctor and not hers, aa I feel I should be the one talking to Dr. Shah on Monday, considering that I have been a patient at this office for over five years, longer than her time with her job at Dr. Farrell's office. To make a long story short, I had called two weeks before the aforementioned incident regarding my medicine, and receptionists "Jessie", assured me that she would correct the problem with my medicines. Obviously, the problems with my medicines are still not resolved, and here it is three weeks later, and I still don't have my sleeping medicine. What is it going to take to get the medicine that I have been taking now for almost ten years?"
