"This is a great place. They encourage residents to do things for themselves and support them in doing so. My husband has blossomed since coming to Greenfield a month ago. He walks and cares more for himself. Thank you for all you do to help residents live the best life they can."
"Greenfield Skilled took awesome care of my grandmother Bonnie. They go above and beyond to make their residents comfortable."
"Amazing place to stay and an amazing place to work! By far the most caring staff I have ever worked with. They treat every guest as if they are family. From housekeeping to corporate, they are always going above and beyond for the guest and each other. I would have my own family be a guest here without second guessing."
"It has been a nightmare from the beginning. We were advised there would be visitation and there was not. We were advised she would be able to go outside when she wanted and she was instead in isolation for 16 days and unable to leave her room. We requested a compassionate care visit and was denied even though she fit the guidelines. The stand behind this Covid-19 order and say no to everything. They don't even have the facility covid-19 ready for patients or once visitation is allowed. I was advised window visitation was allowed, but when visiting at the window, I was called a drug dealer and threatened with calling the police. We have been spoken to rudely and disregarded as to the care needed to get discharged from the facticity. I find it absolutely sickening the way they don't care about the mental and physical needs of a recovering patient and blame it all on the covid-19. I have called several times with no answer from the facility and when someone finally answers they are rude and condescending. I wouldn't recommend anyone who cares for the well being of their loved one to use this facility."
