"Allison is very professional and educated in her field. She wanted to know why I was there (i.e. relaxation, therapeutic) and what issues/concerns I had. Allison then told me how she planned to do the massage and if that sounded good to me. Her technique was unlike anything I had experienced before as it was more than just massaging the muscles. She included pressure points and moving body parts around for stretching and getting deeper into the muscles. Before leaving she gave me instructions (drink lots of water) and informed me of possible side effects (soreness) and how to treat it if needed (heating pad). The environment was very clean, calming and positive energy throughout. I look forward to going back to Allison in the near future!"
