"Always on time. Kristi is one of my best doctors I have ever had. If there are any issues she takes care of them right away calls meds in on time. There is access to her even in the evenings or weekends if you have any problems with meds. Kristi is down to earth and speaks to you on a personal level. I have been with Kristi for many years and followed her from another pratice. Once I find a great doctor like her you keep them she is not just my provider she is someone that I listens to my issues takes her time getting to know you as a person. I have been with her oratice since she owed and would highly recommend her."

She has been so patient and gone above and beyond to make sure I’m on the right medication. "Highly do not recommend Kristi Bates or the practice - Especially if you deal with anxiety **if she does you wrong, I highly recommend filing a claim with your health insurance on her and also filing a report with Indianas attorney general** Kristi canceled my appointments without telling me, sat in zoom rooms forever just for her to cancel the meeting then fail to "squeeze me in" to reschedule. She would consistently forget to fill my medications and respond to messages. She went on vacation during the holidays and had no back up provider to handle medications (because she kept forgetting to fill said medication, went on vacation making it take almost 2 weeks to get meds filled. She could not be contacted while on vacation and had no back up provider to help patients with needs while she's out) When I switched insurance providers she basically said it's to much paperwork for her to do a new prior Auth on that specific medication so it was easier for her to prescribe me something that required less work. At this point I think the issue is, she didn't document my assemments and note our appointments correctly, or at all.. She discharged me and my boyfriend from her practice because I expressed how unprofssional my experience with her was. The canceling appointments, failure to respond to messages, not sending in refills even though she said she will, issues with scheduleing, etc.. So we are sent us very unprofessional discharge notices which said to seek a new provider asap to continue your medications. Well, typically when you go from one doctor to another, you sign a release so your files can go to your new provider.. 2 months later, the business has my phone number blocked! - because I called every few days to see when my files would be sent to my doctor, to continue my medications since she discharged me. So she Refuses to send my files to my new doctor. Which is illegal! providers have 30 days to fulfill this from when they receive the request. All through December my doctor sent the request and they claimed they just didn't get the fax. Finally, January 4th they apparently got the request.. As of February 7th, she STILL HAS NOT SENT OVER MY PERSONAL FILES! Her staffing is rude, inexperienced.. messy disorganized , can't even verify numbers for billing! My boyfriend who ended up getting discharged just because she discharged me, was not properly billed because their billing team are a bunch of kids. A few days after she discharged him, she sent him multiple emails threatening him with collections if he doesn't pay for these appointments from months back. The reason he didn't pay, was becaise Kristi's team couldn't get the insurance situation figured out, and just didn't bill him. But let's discharge him thennn figure out how to bill. What a joke. Speaking of insurance. I picked a new health insurance specifically that cover her and my other doctors. She was listed but listed at her old address in Cincinnati. Kristi failed to update the insurance company with her credentials so now she had another reason on why this just takes to long to correct her credentials. Meanwhile, the insurance company said she just needed to call in and update her account with them. Im assuming she just never did that either. Kristi is the most unprofessional provider I have ever dealt with. Do your self a favor and find someone else to CARE for your mental health. Shameful!"

"Was a patient of Kristi’s for years before opening up her own practice. Was seen for a few months here and for some reason was just cut off? Called about my refills, even left a message to the nurses line along with the app for messaging directly and was never responded to. It’s been almost a year and still wondering why I never even got a call back. Not fun having to quit all medications cold turkey.. Kristi is great but do not know what happened."
