"We purchased a catering order for 15 people. Over $200 (because you have to buy chips and salsa separately). We only had 10 girls and we didn’t have enough food. This is the second time we’ve tried to cater with chipotle and got ripped off. We were hoping a different location would have helped. It’s ridiculous that they can’t provide you with enough cheese or rice for 10 people when you’re paying for 15."

"Pretty much every single time I have ever picked up chipotle or had it delivered it was wrong. This time my boyfriend’s bowl was right but my bowl was missing literally 5 ingredients and I didn’t get my guac for my chips. Really upsetting and all they offered me was a coupon that expires in less than a month"

"I honestly do not know why I even decided to give this location another try. I honestly do not know how this location is still in business. Every time I have ordered, something in my order is messed up. Usually they forget half the order. Last night half my order was messed up and the other half was cold. When I went back to get what was missing, the manager didn’t even ask to replace or remake anything. After picking up, having to go back to the restaurant my food was ice cold. The chips tasted like they poured a gallon of salt on them. Just nasty. Will never go back here. Very unprofessional."

"Either you guys needs to update your hours or you need to have a serious discussion with your front of the house manager. On Google, yelp, and the chipotle app the closing time is listed as 11pm. The last time I visited the store I encountered the girl working on the line up front. she was clearly giving off negative and extremely unwelcoming energy just for me being there at 9:45. Visibly rolling her eyes and acting like everything about my order was an Inconvenience. She actually went up and locked the front doors while I was in the building. On this visit today, I arrived at 10:05 and the doors were locked. While I was sitting in the parking lot at least 5 cars showed up also with the expectation of being able to get food. Same girl was in the lobby ignoring everyone who came to the door. Absolutely awful service."
