"I purchased a 60 minute facial and a 90 minute deep tissue massage for myself and also a massage for a friend that I included her tip on. I was told these are good for 2 years from the date and they do say that on the gift certificates, however when I went to schedule an appointment to use my gift certificate I was told that there was pricing changes and I would have to pay an additional $60 plus a tip of course for something that I had already paid in full for or I was supposed to downgrade what I purchased....this is beyond ridiculous and completely unheard of...if I purchased something that should be what I get regardless of how much it costs now. I would not recommend this place just because of this type of behavior. They do not even honor their own gift certificates unless you pay additional fees. The gift certificates are not for dollar amounts they are for specific services which should be what I am getting without having to pay more money. Again my gift card lists the specific services I paid for not a dollar amount!!"

"Second visit here with my wife for a couples massage for our anniversary. The new spot for the table and chairs in the room is much better than last time. Makes the room feel more open. My wifes experience was excellent and my deep tissue massage was perfect. Nichole has ridiculously strong hands. Still sore but feel great! I need to do this more often."

"It was my first professional massage, I was called in at my scheduled appointment time, she was friendly and courteous, the atmosphere was very calming an inviting, I exploded her with questions and she answered them all without making me feel like I was being too much, the table was warm so I wouldn't get cold, the music and lighting was very calming and girl got some serious strength lol she did a great job with my massage!!! I'll definitely be going back! Highly recommend!! Oh and the woman who takes the calls and books appts was also very friendly!!"
