"She was nice enough however as I recall, she called and canceled appointments several times yet had the nerve to scold for missing a single appointment even though she was called and informed several hours prior that there was car trouble and that the appointment would have to be missed for the time being. She also didn't seem to truly listen. Its like she would kind of just throw "techniques" at you just to placate you, and if you tried to inform her that what she was suggesting wasn't something that worked for you previously you may as well have spoken Martin to her. She would insist that the "technique" be tried again and completely disregarded any concerns that were attempted to be brought to her attention. She didn't help at all."
