"this place genuinely seems like a scam"

"I got ghosted with no explanation lol. texted, emailed her with no response. Got sent an invoice when all my appointments were covered by my insurance then radio silence. Even confirmed with insurance they were covered so really not sure if she just wanted my money or what... office is too cramped anyways lol"

"The worst counseling office there is, the provider I saw was horrible and unprofessional. She’s since sent me a bill because the office waited too long to bill to insurance (session was in October and they didn’t bill until June), and now states that she’s willing to commit insurance fraud because she wants to get paid for the service. Update: After I left this review, the provider felt the need to threaten me and demand an apology. I would also like to note that the comment of the provider’s response is a clear violation of HIPPA."
