"The lady that works the front desk is very rude. She rolls her eyes and is usually chewing gum. My child checked in and waited over an hour because the lady never checked him in. He had to walk up stairs and knock on his counselors door to tell her he was there. My child is afraid to speak to the front desk lady because she is so rude and unapproachable. She definitely doesn’t need to be working with mental health patients. She’s always very rude to me since day one. I need counseling after dealing with the front desk ladies attitude problems. The counselor my child sees is nice but has scheduling issues. Agrees to a certain time and day then it somehow changes it without notice. No after school scheduling either. It’s a really nice place but definitely has staff issues. We’re looking elsewhere for future counseling."

"Our daughter had a mental health issue. And at Springfield regional called mircle mile for an assment and a Melissa came to see our daughter and was not on her or her parents side at all. I thought mental health people were suppose to help the patient and not be against the patient or the families wishes. I would not ask mircle mile to ever help out again. Because they don't know how to do the correct assment on patients that are in crisis."
