"I can definitely say my experience with Aubrey Rickle-Degler has been truly amazing. I’ve always been a really to myself type of person so it took me a bit to get comfortable with her. I am so excited to be able to go back to her as I had an insurance switch and had to wait until I got it all figured out. She is truly top notch and great at her job. I’d recommend anyone I know to her in a heart beat. Makes me feel comfortable and not judged!"
"Started out in couples therapy and now do individual therapy here. Great staff and very friendly. Life changing help. Highly recommend. I am surprised that other reviewers have had billing or customer service problems. I understand unforseen problems arise, but if you use a service, expect to pay for it? And check/pay your balance weekly? Idk. Jamila and Tracy are very nice at the front desk."
"Billing was a nightmare. Was charged for sessions I had cancelled well before their 24hr time limit, and months after settling my last bill, I was billed again for my last few sessions and threatened with collections…twice. That would make a total of three times I was billed for the same sessions. I was also not let known that the person I was seeing was not a psychologist/psychiatrist until months after seeing her. I went in specifically needing diagnosis’ and was very upfront with my needs, was told that that wouldn’t be a problem, and then three months later of weekly appointments I was told that she was a counselor and couldn’t help with diagnosis. Then told me she couldn’t recommend me anywhere and told me to go to an in patient center if I wanted help. Worst therapist experience I have ever had. Please please please don’t go here, it’s not worth the pain and trouble."
"My husband WAS attending therapy there on a weekly basis. The therapist herself was terrific. And to the point. I would like to thank Barbara High-Daniels for her excellent progress she's made! However, billing is terrible. We had anthem as our primary and caresource as the secondary. Do not go here if you have a similar scenario like us. They waited until 12 weeks and a 1200 bill later to send me an email that we had to pay this giant bill.. it is then when they tell me that they don't accept any kind of secondary insurance... They hustled us and now we're out 1200 dollars during COVID-19 none the less and we have to find him a new therapist despite all her hard work and progress she made!"
