"Rebecca is a fantastic counselor. She is very positive and patient with me (I’ve been “fired” by a therapist before). She has given my significant other and me tools we are using to be better communicators with each other. I see our relationship as being so much more of a team effort now and owe a great deal of that perspective change to the work we have put in during our sessions and the homework we’ve completed outside of them."
"I’ve been seeing Kande Milano for over a year, and she is amazing! Her insight, care, and concern to assist one in their challenges comes from a seemingly deep desire to help. She uses several, skilled techniques that causes pause and allows you to view a situation differently. She has helped me more than any other counselor I’ve seen. She kindly challenges my thinking and fairly calls me out when I’m obviously not being honest with myself. My work with her has improved my relational skills with my family, friends, and significant other. I would highly recommend her."
"The woman I go to see is amazing! She has been on my team from day one and has helped in so many ways. I've learned and grown so much and I would 100 percent recommend this business to ANYONE!"
"Lifesong has been amazing. Truly. So kind and caring. Rebecca goes the extra mile to work with your needs, times, billing and insurance questions. We've had many insurance changes in the last 18 months and if lifesong was not a provider, they have willingly provided a superbill and helped us through the self claim proccess. Rebecca personally has taken serious emergency calls after her business hours and I feel she truly cares about the client. It's so good to know there are people in the world that truly care and want to help you through lifes tough times, to help navigate and advocate when necessary."
"We all loved rebecca, she was a great help to our daughter, however my ex’s company switched insurances, she lost the insurance information I provided. I was on care source as a coinsurance. Care source kept rejecting the claims because the primary insurance was rejecting them. I finally figured out that the primary (my ex husbands insurance) was never changed. Once I figured it out, I tried to work with Rebecca to come to equal resolution but she wasn’t having it. To the point of declining to submit claims to care source. My ex paid any outstanding balances and for future visits and then she started trying to charge us for a visit that was on a statement where we were current owing 0. Prior to this Rebecca showed tremendous animosity towards me in front of my daughter. After her appointment she expressed how she felt. During the appointment, Rebecca brought it up and my daughter shut her down. Afterward my daughter expressed she noticed the animosity and what Rebecca said during the appointment. The next appointment me ex dealt with it and had the same experience and when asked “do you have custody” he went off. Btw, I gave the practice authorization to talk to him as I have sole custody. About our child but not about the fact i was on Medicaid as it was the season of Covid and I lost my job due to being sick. The office manager is blind, and Rebecca’s husband. Probably why the insurance wasn’t changed. Rebecca had also revealed to me that her husband was having a hard time dealing with his blindness. But all this was somehow my fault. If you go here, stay on top of all the billing. And tell your child if things don’t work out be prepared to make a change. I feel that Rebecca takes advantage of Covid, really makes a good connection with your child because she knows that it can take almost a year to get in anywhere else. I have reported her to Medicaid for failure to submit claims. I tried on my own but can only submit claims myself it it’s out of network. I’m now employed with high deductible insurance just like my ex. I saw her too and thought she was great but not great for me. My daughter now has ptsd from the interactions she saw between me and Rebecca, the communication she witnessed when I was not with her, and then more between Rebecca and my ex. Once the patient enters the treatment room, any hostility the therapist has towards a parent should be dismissed. If Rebecca had any issues she should have canceled immediately and not brought the issues to the child without the parent there."
