"This is the worst place for care. Even if it's for behavioral, this is a terrible place for care. It's a state law to call the police when an altercation happens. According to the director, if you call the state you'll lose your job. No good."
"You have to understand, Harding Pointe specializes in behavioral health rehabilitation. I have found that it has a lot of security to keep patients safe. My two people I know there, have said it is ok and they like the staff, who do seem to care about their patients. A patient can be picked up and signed out for a visit or to go somewhere with family of friends. All nursing centers have doors locked where you must sign in and take your temperature. I think they are doing the best they can especially post COVID. My family is always clean, rested and fed and has a group room to play games. And they have listened to my concerns that I have had and been quick to act on them."
"My mother has been there for 5 years and now I finally saw her living conditions I wanted to cry , this is the worst place for anybody's loved ones to be at !! TRUST ME it's being run just like a prison!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I went to visit my sister it took them 15 minutes to let me in I had to call them 3times someone finally let me in and the music was so loud I would not recommend to put a love one in their I feel sorry for her being there I have worked in a lot of homes and that place did not feel like one no freedom their more like a prison"
"im shocked of the condition of this home .there was no air conditioner unless it just was not o cool . The tv playing music was so loud i felt like i was sitting in a bar . This is not a place you want your love ones to go if they need therapy after a stroke . i dont believe this so called music therapy they do was good especially if its the big tv playing it . it was rock n roll heavy metal and theres nothing soothing in that kind of music . i could tell they was working short and one aide told us she was a cna and a housekeeper we had to sit outside for a visit cause you couldnt even hear if you was inside it was so noisey plus it felt cooler outside than inside which it was 85 out this place should not be considered a nursing home from a small state hospital and for a stroke patient to feel as if hes in jail what does that tell you about this place .just a bad experience and if i had a way to take my friend out of this place i would"
