"1)I cannot say enough about Adams PT Winchester and all the wonderful ladies-Swathi, Haley, Kami, Logan and Brenda (miss Bre). I was having knee pain that woke me up at night and limited my activity in my workouts. First, I went to the free workshop to see what and if anything could be done to help me. Help me they did. At intake Swathi was very thorough and came up with a plan to diminish my pain and strengthen my knee(s). I was amazed at the simple yet consistent exercises given at each stage to help me get back to sleeping without pain and enabled me to return to my workout activities. I even learned the importance of strong hips! The education I received was the most valuable. I had spent years ignoring my pain. Haley, Kami and Logan challenged and encouraged me every step of the way. Billing and scheduling has been a no fuss and efficient experience. I have referred everyone I know to go check out the best PT place around-Adams PT-Winchester. 2) I also went to Adams PT-Winchester for my vertigo that had gone untreated for over ten years. Now, if you have ever had vertigo you know you must have someone with compassion and patience which is exactly what I found with Swathi. After a couple adjustments/maneuvers the main symptoms of vertigo eased and Swathi was then able to help me further with additional balance issues that we have now discovered are a bit more complex than the standard vertigo illness. I am very thankful to have better answers to something that has made me miss work, feel terribly ill, kept me from driving at times and even all out feeling blah and in fear of falling or vomiting. I have more confidence after her treatments and the exercises she gave me. I have a new awareness and understanding of my experience, and I am forever grateful. "Needed some vestibular therapy for dizziness and balance issues after major surgery. After searching for a while, I found Adams offers vestibular rehab, and they were much closer to home than some big cities. Scheduling was easy, flexible, and prompt. They didn't keep me in the waiting room forever when I arrived for my visits. They were in my insurance network and everything was billed properly. They have very helpful, caring staff who challenged me to get results. Results of the therapy I received were positive, with improved balance and stability. I now have more confidence while driving."

"So, I needed physical therapy to get my leg stronger and balance back to normal. the therapists execute extensive testing to determine extent of weakness and goals and exercises that will result in success. They then work individually with you to insure proper execution of the exercises. On a regular basis they re-do the tests to determine progress and then adjust the exercise program accordingly. I personally saw significant progress. the staff is well trained, professional and personable."

"I was very nervous about coming to therapy. I had a complex issue with my pelvis that I didn't think anyone could help with. Dr.Swahi saved my life. I have a daughter and picking her up was getting more and more painful in my hips and in my back. She released tension in my body, showed me how to strengthen my body, and gave me the courage to continue my care even after being released and starting a new job!!!
