"Seriously one of the most confusing venues I’ve been in. We were in a hurry so that’s a factor but for the most part it was hard to find out where the upper balcony was and which side we were on. We sat on the upper balcony and the chairs were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been in. Straight 90 degree angle. They kinda shifted down so you can slouch more but not by much. Def do not recommend the front row of upper balcony with the weird bar that makes it hard to see through. Plenty of ushers to help you but one guy was def rude when checking our seats and really dismissive. Place is a little outdated with its seats and needs better signage to find your way around. Other reviewers are right. Super tight seating. Have to constantly move to let ppl pass by you and so tight you don’t wanna get back up and inconvenience others once show starts. Plus ppl were constantly walking through with their cell lights on which is ridiculous! Lol I’d never walk through with my flashlight on. Aesthetically it feels cool with the ceiling design. But def doesn’t give a very historic vibe."

"Pretty solid venue. Parking was simple to find. The parking deck was reasonably priced though probably could have parked right down the street in Lot 27. Be punctual. They didn't kid when they said concert at 8. At 8:05 the lights went down, doors shut, and you had to find your seat (well, maybe it was yours) in the dark. The nearly vertical layout of the seating in the theater is a little unique. I don't think there was a bad seat in the house and he sound was very good. The balcony edge is a little disconcerting. If you don't like heights or short railings, get floor seats. The edge of the balcony with railing was about knee height for me. There's also a lot of shifting for people to use the restrooms, as there are about 80 seats per row with no middle exit. If you're in the middle, be prepared to either sit the entire time, or expect to cross in front of 40-ish people to exit the auditorium. Traffic leaving the venue probably could be handled better with some guidance. Too many people trying to go too many different directions deadlocked the streets for about half an hour. There wasn't any need for it. Bring your GPS, watch for the slow patterns and be prepared to alter your exit route, unless you don't mind sitting."
